It is possible to have multiple subscriptions under the same or different email addresses. For example, you might have Outside+ and a separate Gaia GPS subscription under two different email addresses, and you'd like to combine them!
Please note: We cannot migrate data associated with Gaia GPS or Trailforks, but we can help you to consolidate multiple memberships into a single email address and ensure your data is not lost in the process.
So...how can we help? Let's start with the memberships and subscriptions you do have. Please follow the directions under the situation that pertains to your memberships:
I have a Gaia GPS account and an Outside account under different email addresses:
- Outside+ and Outside+ Premium include Gaia GPS.
- If you bought a Gaia GPS subscription after buying an Outside+ subscription, contact us here for help with a refund.
I have a Trailforks Pro account and an Outside account under different email addresses:
- Outside+ and Outside+ Premium include Trailforks Pro. Please contact us here and include your email address(es), so we can help consolidate your accounts.

I have a Trailforks Pro, Gaia GPS, and an Outside account under different email addresses:
- Our goal is to make sure we consolidate your subscriptions under a single email address and cancel your app subscriptions so they do not renew separately.
- If you have Trailforks Pro and Gaia GPS through Apple or Google, you will need to cancel auto-renewal. To cancel Gaia GPS, please see this article. To cancel Trailforks Pro, please see this article.
- Please contact our support team here. In your description, please include all membership types and associated email addresses. Don't forget to let us know what email address you would like your accounts to be consolidated under!
