We are in the process of migrating accounts into our new login system. If you’re having trouble logging into Outside or any of our associated brands, please follow these troubleshooting steps below.
How do I Log into my Account?
If you’re having trouble logging into Outside, please follow the applicable steps for your case:
1. I haven't created an Outside account yet:
a) If you've never created an Outside account, you can do so here.
b) You will be asked to create a password for your account.
Your password must contain the following:
- At least 8 characters
- At least one uppercase character
- At least one lowercase character
- At least one numerical character
2. I’ve only ever had an Outside account:
a) Make sure you’re signing in with your Outside credentials here.
b) If you need to reset your password, you can do so here.
3. I signed up with Gaia GPS:
a) Sign into Outside with the email address and password you use to sign into Gaia GPS

a) Sign into Outside with the email address and password you use to sign into Trailforks.

How do I Access my Account?
You can access your account by clicking on the Profile Icon in the top right corner of your screen. You’ll find your profile, account settings, subscriptions, and member benefits once you sign in.
If you are not yet an Outside+ member, you will see the option to 'Learn more about Outside+' in your dropdown menu. You should still have access to edit your profile, change your email, password, and newsletter preferences under Settings, and access our Help Center.
