- Account deletion is irreversible.
- Deleting your Outside account includes ALL the data in Outside, Gaia GPS, Trailforks, FinisherPix, Outpost, and all other Outside brands.
- Deleting your account is not a good solution for managing an email change for your account. If you are having issues changing your email or managing your subscription, please visit this article or contact us here.
If you have one of our mobile apps installed, you can automatically request your account to be deleted from app itself.
To delete your account from the Gaia GPS app on iOS:
- Open Gaia GPS > Settings > Help > select Delete Account
You will be prompted to complete the checkboxes acknowledging the ramifications of account deletion.
To delete your account from the Gaia GPS app on Android:
- Open Gaia GPS > Settings > Account > scroll down to the bottom and tap “Delete Account”
If you are unable to request account deletion via the options above, please fill out the relevant form for requesting account deletion. Select the form for the country in which you reside:
Request for Account Deletion: EU (EEA, UK, and Switzerland)
Request for Account Deletion: International (US/Canada/Rest of the world)
*Please ensure that you select 'Erasure' for your account deletion request.
