If you have one of our mobile apps installed, you can automatically request your account to be deleted from the account profile page.
To delete your account from the Gaia GPS app:
To process a request manually, send an email to support@outsideinc.com. We will need the following information to process a deletion request:
- name associated with your account
- email associated with your account
- type of membership (if applicable)
Deleting your Outside account includes ALL the data in Outside, Gaia GPS, Trailforks, FinisherPix, OutsideShop, and all other Outside brands.
