If you have one of our mobile apps installed, you can automatically request your account to be deleted from the account profile page.
To process a request manually, send a email to support@outsideinc.com. We will need the following information to process a deletion request:
- name associated with your account
- email associated with your account
- type of membership (if applicable)
Deleting your Outside account includes ALL the data in Outside, Gaia GPS, Trailforks, FinisherPix, OutsideShop and all other Outside brands.
