All memberships are renewed annually. If you choose to cancel your membership, you’ll stay a member until your renewal date, but your account will not automatically renew for another year.
If you were recently charged and are requesting a refund, please reach out to us.
If you'd like to cancel your membership renewal, you may do so by signing into your membership portal, navigating to My Profile > Subscription > Manage Subscription > Proceed with Cancelation.
1) Click the Profile Icon in the upper right corner of your screen
2) Click on SUBSCRIPTION.
3) Click MANAGE SUBSCRIPTION.
4) After checking the acknowledgement box, you can proceed with the cancelation.
You will still have access to the membership until the renewal date!
I signed up for a subscription via an iOS or Google Play app. How do I cancel this subscription?
If you signed up for a subscription or Outside+ membership through any iOS or Google Play app, (Gaia GPS, Trailforks, Outside TV App, Roku, Xfinity, Outside App), you will have to cancel the auto-renewal of that subscription through the app itself. We are unable to refund any subscriptions purchased through apps. You will have to contact the support teams for Google Play, iOS, or the app platform directly to request a refund.
