This article will walk you through how to request a refund on an Outside+, Gaia GPS Premium, or Trailforks Pro membership. Memberships can be purchased through the Apple App Store, the Google Play Store, and on our websites. If you purchased a membership through one of our websites, you are eligible for a 100% refund for up to 14 days from the date of original purchase or renewal.
In order to request a refund, we recommend checking your invoice or receipt to determine your source of purchase. All purchases are subject to the Outside Terms of Use.
