If you purchased your Outside+ membership via Outsideonline.com, you will have to update your credit card on your Outside account profile. If you purchased your membership via the Outside iOS app, please see these instructions on how to change your payment information on Apple.

If you purchased your Outside+ membership via Gaia GPS, please visit their help center for instructions on managing your account and subscription.
To update your payment method through your Outside account:
1. Click 'Sign in' on the upper right corner of your screen
2. Select the My Profile button
3. Click on My Membership
4. Under Payment Method, select 'Update Card'
5. Once on this page, you will have the option to edit your payment information.*
6. You may be presented with the option to 'Add Card.'
For certain profiles, you'll have the option to have multiple cards on file in your account, and you'll also be able to delete cards as you'd like. If you have an ACTIVE subscription, you must always have a default card on file. You can change the default card options from the 'Update Payment Method' page.
If you select 'Apply this payment method to all active subscriptions,' the new card entered will become your default card. If you would like to change your default card or delete a previously default card, you can navigate 'Back to list' to change your preferences.
*If you are editing a default card, you may only have the option to edit your zip-code or the expiration date of the card. If you would like to change your card information, please enter a 'New Card' and make the card your default card.
