If you wish to change your membership at the end of your billing cycle, please cancel the auto-renewal of your current membership by following the steps here.
Once your current membership has expired, you can re-sign up for the membership of your choice:
Upgrade your membership
Outside Digital ➡️ Outside+
If you wish to upgrade your membership from Outside Digital to Outside+, please contact our support team here. In order to upgrade your membership, we will have to cancel your current Outside Digital membership and have you re-sign up for Outside+.
If you are writing in within 14 days of purchase or renewal, we are able to offer you a full refund on your purchase of the Outside digital membership. After canceling your membership, you can re-sign up for the Outside+ membership here.
If you are writing in outside of the 14 days of purchase or renewal, we are able to offer you a partial, pro-rated refund on your purchase of the Outside digital membership. After canceling your membership, you can re-sign up for the Outside+ membership here.
Downgrade your membership
Outside+ ➡️ Outside Digital
If you wish to downgrade your membership from Outside+ to Outside Digital, please contact our support team here. We are able to downgrade your membership at the next billing cycle.
If you are writing in within 14 days of purchase or renewal, we are able to offer you a full refund on your purchase of the Outside+ membership. After canceling your membership, you can re-sign up for the Outside Digital membership here.
If you are writing in outside of the 14 days of purchase or renewal, we are unable to offer any refunds on the purchase of the Outside+ membership. We will cancel the auto-renewal of your current membership, and move you into an Outside Digital membership for your next billing cycle.
