What if I want to cancel before the end of the trial period?
If you previously signed up for an Outside trial, your trial will automatically convert into an Outside+ or Outside Digital subscription at the end of your trial period. You can cancel the auto-renewal on your trial subscription to avoid being billed at the end of your trial period.

You can cancel the auto-renew on your trial period at any time. Even if you cancel the auto-renewal on day 2 of your trial, you will still have access to your membership benefits until your trial expires.
To cancel the auto-conversion of your Outside trial:
1) Sign into your Outside account with your Outside credentials
2) Navigate to Subscription > Manage Subscription > Proceed with Cancelation.
If you'd like to auto-renew into an Outside membership, please re-activate your auto-renewal from the trial. Your membership will automatically convert into an Outside+ or Outside Digital membership, billed annually.

What if I signed up for a Gaia GPS Premium or Trailforks Pro trial through my iOS or Android device?
If you signed up for a Gaia GPS Premium, Trailforks Pro, or Outside+ membership through any iOS or Google Play app, (Gaia GPS, Trailforks, Outside TV App, Roku, Xfinity, Outside App), you will have to cancel the auto-renewal of that subscription through the app itself. We are unable to refund any subscriptions purchased through apps. You will have to contact the support teams for Google Play, iOS, or the app platform directly to request a refund.
