I’m interested in signing up for an event featured in a newsletter. Where can I go to sign up?
Depending on the event that is featured, you may be directed to the RunReg website, TriReg website, or BikeReg website to sign up for the event. Please click on the event itself to learn more and to sign up.
Note: There is a chance that the information for the event may be out-of-date or sold out. Please check the information page on the website for the most up-to-date information on the event, and if you have further questions on the event itself, please contact the event director for the event.
Why am I seeing events that aren't in my state or near my location?
We may feature events that are not directly in your state but take place in locations or states in proximity to your location. We aim to provide information about events in your area, but our focus is on showcasing events on the athleteReg calendar. You may find events in your area that are supported by a different platform. We encourage you to explore the athleteReg event calendars for events that may interest you!
I have a question about an event I signed up for that was featured in a newsletter. Who can I contact?
If you’re directed to the RunReg website or BikeReg website to sign up for the event, please view the RunReg Help Center or BikeReg Help Center for more information. If you are looking for event-specific information, such as start-times, packet pickup, etc. you will want to contact the event director for the event.
Event director contact information is listed on every event on athleteReg. Underneath the event title and date there should be a box with Location & Contact. Clicking on Location & Contact will bring you to a form that you can use to contact the event director, and usually a phone number and a website address.
I have questions about the Brooks events and offers featured in the Local Run newsletter. How can I get in contact with Brooks?
For all Brooks-related events and offers, please reach out to the Brooks support team.
Why am I receiving Brooks marketing emails and other Brooks information?
We are producing the newsletter in partnership with Brooks, and we want to unite with Brooks to inspire everyone to run their path. We believe that a run, a hike, a ride, or an hour of meditation can change everything, and we hope that the local newsletter will inspire our community to Get Outside.
If you’d like to unsubscribe from Brooks marketing emails, just go to the bottom of the Brooks email and hit ‘Unsubscribe.’ You should be directed to a page to unsubscribe from email communications. If you have further questions, please reach out to the Brooks support team.
