Our fulfillment house can check on the status of your print magazine arrival: email ouscustserv@cdsfulfillment.com or call 800-678-1131. The Outside print magazine is sent out on a quarterly basis. When you sign up for a print subscription via your Outside+ membership, you are eligible to receive the next print issue in cycle. For instance, if you signed up during the period where we are sending out a spring subscription, you will be eligible to receive the summer print issue.
📦 My print magazine issue arrived damaged; can I request a re-send of an issue?
Yes, you will have to reach out to our fulfillment house by emailing ouscustserv@cdsfulfillment.com or calling 800-678-1131 to request an issue to be resent to your address. Issues are able to resent depending on availability only.
⛔️ How do I cancel my print magazine subscription?
If you signed up for a print magazine subscription on your Outside profile, you can contact our support team to cancel your print magazine order. If you signed up for a separate print magazine subscription, you will need to reach out to our fulfillment house by emailing ouscustserv@cdsfulfillment.com or calling 800-678-1131.
If you cancelled your Outside+ membership, your print subscription will be cancelled alongside the cancellation of your Outside+ membership.

📖 How many more issues are remaining in my print subscription?
To check on how many issues you have remaining in your print subscription, reach out to our fulfillment house: ouscustserv@cdsfulfillment.com or call 800-678-1131. If you signed up to receive a print magazine but have cancelled the renewal of your Outside+ membership, the fulfillment house will send you the remaining issues in your print subscription, but your print subscription will not be renewed.
❓Can I purchase a stand-alone Outside print subscription?
We no longer offer a stand-alone Outside print subscription for our users based in the U.S. To receive an Outside print magazine subscription, we encourage you to sign up for our Outside+ membership. If you are an international user, we offer options to sign up for an Outside print magazine here.
📚 I already have an Outside print subscription, and I have an Outside+ membership. Can I combine my print subscription and membership?
We do not offer the ability to merge your current print subscription with your Outside+ membership. If you previously held an Outside print magazine subscription separately, please contact the fulfillment house at ouscustserv@cdsfulfillment.com or call 800-678-1131 to cancel your Outside print magazine subscription. You can then sign up for the Outside print magazine if you are an eligible Outside+ member by following the instructions here.
