The Zinio subscription apps that were in the Apple App Store and Google Play Store were third-party run apps. They are magazine specific and are completely separate from membership.

If you are unable to login through the app, you may be able to submit a request on the Zinio Help Center Form.
We are unable to assist with any app subscriptions on the Outside Customer Service Team as we do not own the app.
