TROUBLESHOOTING PASSWORD RESET
If you have attempted to reset your password but have not received a password reset email, try resetting your password using another websites Forgot Password? button. All of our sites are connected so sometimes this will do the trick!

FORGOT PASSWORD? BUTTON
On any of our websites, you can select the Forgot Password? link from the sign-in screen (top right of any website) to reset your password. You'll be prompted to enter your email address and we'll send a reset-password link. Click the link in the email to set your new password.
Please note: Magazine subscribers do not have an account, therefore no password link will be sent. The password reset is only for members of Active Pass or one of our other Membership products (not print subscriptions).
PASSWORD Change FROM WITHIN YOUR ACCOUNT
If you know your password and would just like to change it, you can do so from within your My Profile section!
- Click the Icon in the upper right corner
- Go to MY PROFILE
- Select My Password
You can change you password by following the prompts!
