As an Outside+ member, you are able to view the current Outside+ member offers under My Benefits > Member Offers.
Under Member Offers, you can see current discount offerings for our Outside+ members, such as discounted tickets for the Outside Festival. The discount offerings under Member Offers may change seasonally, and if you notice that an offer is no longer available under Member Offers, then the discount period has ended for that particular offer. We will be updating the offers available in this section periodically, so be sure to check out this page when looking for special Outside+ member offers!
The redemption instructions are listed under each Member Offer. With certain member offers, such as with KAYA PRO or GOES HEALTH, you will be prompted via the partner app to sign in with your Outside+ account in order to redeem the offer. The partnership discount is available for the first year of membership with the partner app.
Clicking on 'Redeem Benefit' will lead you to a page on the partner's website that walks you through redeeming the benefit as an Outside+ member.
Once you download the partner app (for example, with the KAYA and GOES discount offering), you will have the option to "Connect with Outside."
If you have not yet signed into your Outside+ account on outsideonline.com, you'll be routed to a page where you will have the option to sign in with your Outside+ credentials.
IMPORTANT: For the smoothest authorization process, we recommend signing into outsideonline.com with your Outside+ credentials before opening up the partner app offer and redeeming the discount.

Once your Outside+ credentials have been accepted and your Outside account connected, you'll have the option to redeem the discounted offer on the partner app itself.
The discounted offer will appear as a separate pop-up through either GooglePlay or the Apple app store. You should see the pricing appear on the pop-up.

FAQ
If I'm in an Outside+ trial membership, can I redeem the partner offers?
If you are in an Outside+ trial membership, the partner apps may not recognize the trial membership as a paid membership. We advise waiting until you are in a full Outside+ subscription before taking advantage of the partner offers.
Does my email address on the partner account have to match the email address on my Outside account?
No, the email addresses do not have to match. You can have a different email address for your account on the partner app (example: KAYA PRO or GOES) versus the email address on your Outside+ account, but keep in mind that you will have to sign in with your Outside+ credentials to redeem the offer.
I have an Outside+ membership, but the partner app is not recognizing my Outside+ membership. How do I redeem my offer?
Please ensure that you have the latest version of the partner app installed. If you are unable to connect your Outside+ account to the partner app, please try going to outsideonline.com and logging OUT of your account (if you are already logged in).
Navigate to the partner app and go through the steps of 'Connecting Your Outside+ Account' once more:
