Why did I get notified of a $1 charge on my statement when I started my trial?
The temporary charge placed on your card is to verify the validity of your credit card. You will not be charged for the trial, and the charge should be immediately refunded. The refund may be reflected on your statement, or you may see the pending $1 charge removed from your credit card statement.
You should only be charged for the auto-conversion of your trial into an Outside+ or Outside Digital membership that is billed annually.
