Verizon +play is an online platform that lets you centralize your streaming subscription services. Visit +play through My Verizon to discover, buy and manage some of your favorite entertainment, audio, gaming, fitness, music and lifestyle subscriptions – all in one place.
How do I know if I’m eligible to purchase an Outside+ subscription through Verizon +Play?
Is the Outside+ membership through Verizon +Play available internationally?

I’ve purchased an Outside+ membership via Verizon +Play. How do I access my Outside+ membership?
After you subscribe to the Outside+ membership, you should receive a notification from Verizon directly. You will be able to access an Activation URL found on your +Play platform under the Subscriptions tab. From this URL, you will be directed to create an account for your Outside+ membership.
If you already have a free Outside account and have signed up for the Outside+ membership, you will have to sign in to your account to activate the membership. If you attempt to create a new account with the email address already in our system, you will receive the following message. Please scroll down and hit 'Log In' to access your Outside+ membership.
After creating your account or logging into your existing account, you may be prompted to re-sign to your Outside+ membership to view content.
What if I already have an Outside+ membership, but still signed up for the Outside+ membership via Verizon +Play?
If you are already a paying Outside+ member, your activation will be canceled by Verizon, and you will not be charged by Verizon for the Outside+ subscription. You will be directed to sign into your Outside+ membership with your Outside+ credentials in order to view and manage your membership.
In your Verizon +Play account, you will see the following message. Please scroll down to 'Cancel' the subscription. You will not be charged for the subscription if you are already a paying Outside+ member.
Important: Any promotional offers for the Outside+ membership provided through Verizon +Play are for first-time Outside+ members only. All promotional offers through Verizon are managed directly by Verizon.
What if I already have a Gaia GPS Premium or Trailforks stand-alone membership, but still signed up for the Outside+ membership via Verizon +Play?
If you are already a paying Gaia GPS or Trailforks member, your activation will be canceled by Verizon, and you will not be charged by Verizon for the Outside+ subscription. You will be directed to sign into your Gaia GPS or Trailforks account in order to view and manage your membership.

I want My Verizon Account under a different email address than my Outside+ account. Is this possible?
Yes. Once you have signed up for the Outside+ membership on +Play, you will receive an activation URL under your +Play account. You will be directed to 'Create an Account' for your Outside+ membership, and at this time, you can sign up with a different email from your Verizon account email. You can change your email address for the Outside+ membership under your Outside+ Member Profile once you sign in. Where can I see my billing statement for the Outside+ membership on Verizon +Play?
Your billing statement for any subscriptions purchased via the Verizon +Play platform should appear through your Verizon account. You will have to sign into your Verizon account to manage all subscriptions. Please visit this FAQ for more information on billing cycles with the Verizon +Play platform.
How do I manage or cancel my Outside+ membership if I purchased the membership through Verizon +Play?
You can return to +play to view your subscriptions, manage your payments, and cancel any subscriptions.
Important: You will have to contact Verizon customer support to request a refund and immediate cancellation of the Outside+ membership. If you choose to cancel the auto-renewal of the Outside+ membership through the Verizon +Play platform, you will be able to use the Outside+ membership up until the cancellation date.

Help! I have multiple Outside+ memberships. How do I cancel one of the memberships?
In order to cancel your Outside+ membership via Verizon +Play, you will have to sign in and cancel the auto-renewal of your subscription on your +Play account. The Outside CS team does not have the ability to cancel or refund any purchases made on the +Play account. If you have purchased a membership directly on our platform via Outsideonline.com, then we will be able to cancel your subscription and issue you a refund. Any refunds for purchases made via your +Play account will need to be managed by the Verizon Customer Support team.
